At MAPLE, we are dedicated to providing you with an efficient, reliable, and seamless shopping experience. Once your order is placed, we ensure timely processing and dispatch to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order number and other relevant information.

Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (3–4 business days during sale periods). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days.

4. Exchange & Return Policy
No Exchange/Return: MAPLE follows a strict no exchange or return policy. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide a full, unedited unboxing video, as this will help us assess the situation accurately.
Damaged/Missing Items: If your item is confirmed to be damaged or missing, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is no longer available, we will offer store credit for the full value of your purchase. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Care Instructions: To preserve the shine and quality of your jewellery, please avoid contact with rough surfaces, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Store your jewellery in the protective pouch provided to prevent scratches and preserve its finish.
